We reply to most emails within 24 hours on business days, and within 48 hours on weekends and public holidays. If you don’t hear back within 2 business days, please check your spam folder before re-sending, sometimes our replies end up there.

Hours:

Customer support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CET. Emails sent outside those hours are picked up the next working day.

What to include:

Help us help you faster. When you write in about an order, please include your order number (it starts with KK and is in your confirmation email), the email address you used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and photos if anything arrived damaged or wrong.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, worldwide, free, on every order.

Can I wash the gear? Cold wash, no tumble dryer, air-dry. Keeps grip and fabric fresh.

Can I order for my whole team? Yes, drop us an email with “Team order” in the subject and we’ll sort a bulk discount.

What if there’s a problem with my order? Email us. We fix it. Fast.
